Letter to the Columbus, Miss., Clerk of the Chancery Court, in answer to request for a deposition of William Fuller; letter explains that Fuller had left Greenville to secure contract for timber in Newberry District to be used by the railroad and would not return to Greenville until August, but could be reached at the Newberry Post Office; Fuller was working on behalf of an unidentified railroad [probably South Carolina Canal and Railroad Company].
